'Peacehaven' is in a quiet residential area close to beach, shops and ameinities. between Rhyl and Towyn

'Peacehaven' is a character cottage style dormer bungalow which sleeps 6 + 1 cot for self-catering family holidays. There are two double bedrooms and a twin, the groundfloor bedroom is right next to the bathroom so is ideal for 3 generation families, grandparents downstairs, mum, dad and kids upstairs or two families sharing. There is a second family bathroom upstairs. The lounge is light and airy as are most rooms as they all have double aspect windows. A seperate dining room seats 6 + booster seat. The well equipped kitchen is clean and fresh. Gas, electric and water are all inclusive. cctv covers the front and rear doors and the off road parking area.

SPECIAL OFFER:

Garden / Grounds:
The south facing rear enclosed garden is well stocked with plants and there are table and chairs to relax in. There is a chair on the rear porch for smokers and pir lighting.

Views, wildlife and local environment:
A 5 minute walk will take you to the conservation/dune backed beach with views towards Snowdonia and Rhyl.
