Set in the heart of Kirkby Lonsdale, this detached property is situated in an elevated position benefiting from views towards Casterton Fells and Barbon Moor. 5 Abbotsgate provides three double bedrooms, spacious living areas and an enclosed garden, all within easy walking distance of Kirkby Lonsdale, a picturesque market town on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District.5 Abbotsgate is a home from home and boasts a sunny living room with french windows leading onto a balcony with views over Barbon Moor. The warm kitchen offers all the “mod cons” including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric fan oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle and fridge. The large dining room has two sets of french windows leading into a warm and sunny conservatory with seating and the enclosed back garden. 5 Abbotsgate sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms all with double beds, bed side tables and wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a family bathroom on the second floor with a bath and stand alone shower. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor.

There is a lawn area to the front of the house as well as an enclosed back garden for spending sunny days. There are also garden chairs for relaxing . The garden is terraced and so not suitable for young children.

Kirkby Lonsdale is a historic market town sat on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in the Lune Valley. The town comprises of many shops, pubs, restaurants and tearooms catering for everyone. The area offers a wide variety of walks for all abilities. Kirkby Lonsdale itself also offers scenic walks to Devils Bridge on the River Lune.
