Renovated this year, it has been transformed into a luxurious open plan property featuring an orangery, which offers a relaxing light and airy living space from which to enjoy the outstanding country and sea views, overlooking the Jurassic coast.A feature wood-burner adds warmth and ambience for a romantic evening in.Kitchen/UtilityThe new modern kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room has a sink and a washing machine plus a microwave and also plenty of extra storage.BathroomThe marble tiled bathroom offers a walk in rain shower & separate bath, oak under-basin cupboard. Heated mirror and towel rail and under-floor heating.Linen/Maid ServiceLinen and towels are provided. There is a weekly cleaning service and change of linen and towels. BedroomKingsize bed, built-in double wardrobe with vanity table. Oak flooring with underfloor heating.GardenPatio doors from the living area lead to a large private garden with stunning sea views. Patio furniture and BBQ provided. The garden is fenced for dogs, note - livestock grazing in adjacent fields.HeatingThere is under-floor heating throughout with oak flooring.
