Apartment with a Wye Valley View

Situated in the village of Llandogo overlooking the Wye Valley

It is a 1 bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 2 but can easily accommodate a family of 4 using the sofa bed and/or travel cot. There is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob. A microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine are also provided. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans will be available plus a welcome pack including milk, eggs, butter, bread, tea & coffee, S&P The bedroom has a double bed with a chest of drawers and armchair. A seperate wardrobe is in the bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided. A travel cot can be provided on request.The lounge area has a sofa bed, folding table and 4 chairs, bookshelf with a selection of books. a TV with DVD player and a DAB radioThe Flat has been customised for wheelchair access including: a ramp from the parking area to the entrance; extra wide doorways; hand holds in the bathroom and a side accessible disabled shower with seat.Well-behaved dogs are most welcome to stay with us provided they do not go on furniture. Any damage or mess must be paid for. Maximum of 2 dogs per stay.

Garden / Grounds:
Situated above a double garage with a ramp and steps leading up to the front door which is lit at night. Parking available for up to 2 cars. Patio area in private garden with a table, chairs & bench.

Views, wildlife and local environment:
Stunning views down the Wye Valley which is an area of natural beauty and conservation. Plenty of local walks to see the wildlife and historic sites.
