Arnhem is a large bungalow situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, with parking for 4 cars. Opposite is a bridle path leading to fields and villages for those who like to walk and 5 minutes from Broomhill Manor riding stables. The well known golf club is also only 5 minutes away. A ten minute walk in the other directions will lead to Crooklets Beach or the town centre and Summerleaze Beach (with lifeguards). The home has 3 double bedrooms, (1 en-suite and walk in wardrobe) and 1 twin. The master bedroom and twin bedroom are upstairs and the other 2 double bedrooms are on the ground floor. A further 2 sofa beds are available if required. The large kitchen/ breakfast room has everything you might require - fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, range cooker, ironing board, iron, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and a table with four chairs. It has a set of french doors leading to the garden. The large conservatory houses the main dining suite that can seat 8 (or more if the kitchen chairs are used). It also contains a tv, games console and seating area. there are two roof windows and two celing fans. It has 2 sets of patio doors leading to the garden. The large lounge has a 42 inch plasma tv, sky+, wii and DVD player and leather sofas. There is a further set of french doors leading to the garden. The family bathroom contains a corner bath and separate double shower cubicle and glass sink.
Garden / Grounds:
The large private garden has areas of patio, decking, grass and barked play area containing a unit of a slide, 2 swings and sand pit and a trampoline with safety net (used at own risk). There is a gas BBQ.

Bude is famous for its Surfing and Watersports and historically for having the Bude Canal with its working sea lock and the most beautiful beaches, rugged coast lines and inspiring views. Activities include the Carnival, famous jazz festival, Golf, horse riding, surfing, fishing and mountain boarding.
