Lovely 2 bedroom self catering cottage surrounded by countryside, a well stocked fishing lake and also close to the North Devon coastline and beaches.

Aylesbury Cottage is one of 4 two bedroom self catering cottages set in the Lowery Aylescott grounds in a peaceful Devon valley. Only 5 miles from the North Devon coast and just off the western edge of Exmoor, the stone barns at Lower Aylescott are peacefully set in 4 acres of valley meadowland. Carefully converted retaining original beams and stonework, to provide well-equipped and comfortable holiday retreats, the cottages are linked by terraces, bright with flowers, which offer plenty of space for sitting out in the sunshine.

Garden / Grounds:
Visitors are welcome to enjoy the grounds with the meadowland sweeping down to a series of lakes, providing carp and trout fishing, and a small river runs through the heart of the complex, giving an enchanting sound of babbling water

Views, wildlife and local environment:
There are opportunities to see the occasional heron, buzzard or even deer. Picnic and sitting-out areas provide pleasant places to rest whilst enjoying walks around the lakes and meadows
