Set in a quiet road, within walking distance of the town, main beach and countryside.

Bayview, 20 Osborne Road, Swanage, Dorset offers big, spacious and comfortable accommodation in a three bedroom, two lounge, four storey, Edwardian terraced house. Hall with stripped pine floor. Lounge with decorative fireplace and stripped pine floor. Second lounge with colour TV, video, DVD, family games, puzzles, books and fireplace with electric fire. Lower Ground Floor: Downstairs there is a large well equipped kitchen/diner with fridge, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker. First Floor: A double bedroom with pine furniture and a fine sea view. A further bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed with pine furniture. Bathroom (bath with shower over) and separate toilet. New bathroom fitted in 2008. Second Floor: Beamed Twin Room with panoramic view of the bay and the downs.

Views, wildlife and local environment:
The house is within a short distance of Townsend Nature Reserve and footpaths lead to Durlston Country Park, with its lighthouse, famous Globe and tea room. Purbeck coastal paths are close at hand. Round the corner is the local convenience store/newsagent and the Black Swan pub. The mill pond beauty spot is opposite.
