Five stylish Cottages in 4 acres grounds with panoramic views across the Lincolnshire Wolds. This can be the perfect place for groups or family gatherings of up to 16 people.
Greetham Retreat offers luxury accommodation specifically designed with a fresh contemporary style. There are 5 stylish individual self catering cottages that when taken together can accommodate up to 16 guests. The cottages are all set around a paved courtyard with outdoor tables and chairs, the perfect place to get together for a glass or two of wine in the sunshine. All the cottages have full central heating and are furnished to a very high standard. Oak floors, leather sofas, oak furniture and large flat-screen TV's and DVD players. Each cottage has its own kitchen, they are very modern being fully equipped with integrated appliances including ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. All bedrooms are separate from their living accommodation, (no sofa beds) and have en suite bathroom or shower facilities and toilet. Heating, hot water, linen and towels are all included in the price. We can also offer Holistic therapy or massage treatments for guests during your stay. WENDY'S WING: Sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom. ROSE'S REST: Sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom. LAURA'S LOFT: sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom. MAGGIE'S MEWS: sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. KATIE'S CORNER: Sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The RECEPTION/GUEST LOUNGE area offers a large comfortable room ideal for meeting and socialising with your fellow guests. For group bookings of all the cottages together, you have the exclusive use of this Guest Lounge and the whole building. It is suitable as a meeting/ gathering space away from your individual accommodation. There is also a Laundry room with large capacity washing machine and tumble drier. We've also included a large drying cupboard ideal for walkers' & cyclists' coats, headware, boots or shoes to help them dry.

In addition to the courtyard we have over 4 acres of natural grounds to explore, including a newy planted woodland with mown walkways, a tranquil wildlife pond and a lovely wild-flower meadow. With great views over the surrounding countryside.
