Easy 5 minutes walk to the fabulous North Beach and a short seafront promenade to the shops, harbour, Leisure World and Seweby Village with splendid views of Flambrough Head. Grove House is a large and very comfortable 4 bedroom 1930's style house. Private parking for 2 cars. Ground floor entrance porchand hallway. Understairs cloakroomwith WC and basin. Separate Lounge and dining room. Kitchen with breakfast and utility area. Patio doorsleading to a private enclosed garden.First Floor combined bathroom with shower above the bath and WC. Bedrooms: 1 Double bedroom with vanity unit, 2 twin bedrooms, and 1 single room with full size bunks.
