In a select residential area known as "The Avenues". Easy 5 minutes walk to the fabulous North Beach and a short seafront promenade to the shops, harbour, Leisure World and Seweby Village with splendid views of Flambrough Head. Grove House is a large and very comfortable 4 bedroom 1930's style house. Private parking for 2 cars. Ground floor entrance porchand hallway. Understairs cloakroomwith WC and basin. Separate Lounge and dining room. Kitchen with breakfast and utility area. Patio doorsleading to a private enclosed garden.First Floor combined bathroom with shower above the bath and WC. Bedrooms: 1 Double bedroom with vanity unit, 2 twin bedrooms, and 1 single room with full size bunks.

Miles of golden sands on two award winning beaches. For the more active there is an indoor leisure pool, golf course, tennis, and sail boarding.
