There is a modern ground floor cloakroom situated beyond the stairwell. On the upper floor there are 2 excellent bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room. The modern bathroom is positioned between them, in "Jack and Jill" fashion (accessible from either bedroom). The courtyard at the rear of the property has high stone walls all round, so is perfectly private, and is a very pleasant spot for al fresco dining - patio furniture and a BBQ are provided.
