All within a 15 min drive. In the area, Gardens & Castles are in abundance such as Smallhythe Place, Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter just to mention a few.... Dover & Folkestone for Euro tunnel & day trips to France (40 mins) & Ashford for Eurostar (30 mins). Easy access to London by rail. For walking, public footpaths & bridleways are adjacent. We also have a local bus service to/from Rye/Tenterden which passes our gate.
