Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the conservation village of Sewerby

Ideally placed for exploring the East Yorkshire coastline and Dramatic North Yorkshire moors as well as local attractions such as Sewerby Park Hall and childrens Zoo, Flamborough Lighthouse, Bempton RSPB and much more. The property is furnished and equipped to accommodate 4 people. Comfortable lounge, Kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin 2 double bedrooms, one furnished with double bed, one with twin beds. Travel cot and high chair available on request at no extra cost. Gas central heating, hot water, all fuel and power is included in the rent, towels and bed linen also provided. Flat screen wall mounted T.V. in the lounge. Well equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric fan assisted oven. Welcome pack including milk, tea, coffee, sugar provided on arrival at no extra cost. Off road parking for one car. Sorry no pets. For your comfort and safety no smoking is permitted.

To the rear the bungalow has a small secluded sunny garden, with lawn and small patio.

Views, wildlife and local environment:
The local pub the Ship Inn is a short stroll away (serving good food, log fire, warm welcome), as are the clifftops and historic Sewerby Hall.
