Situated on the southern outskirts of the historic market town of Hexham this traditional stone Northumbrian farm house sits in its own south facing garden providing wholly private accommodation of a high standard with views to the south across the owner’s fields over which you have full access.The cottage sleeps four + cot. It is entered via a spacious hall/utility room leading to an open plan sitting room with open stone fireplace. There is a farmhouse dining room/kitchen with oil fired AGA. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a twin bedded room and bathroom/wc with over bath shower.

National Hunt racing is only ˝ mile away.
