Detached traditional Peak District house in Litton Mill, near Tideswell on banks of River Wye. 4 bedrooms (one downstairs), 3 bathrooms (one downstairs), huge lounge, log burning stove (free logs), free wi-fi access, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room, games room above detached garage with pool, air hockey, table football and lots more, outside patio area, BBQ and safe enclosed lawned area for dogs and children. Local pub is one mile away with others nearby in Litton, Tideswell and Chelmorton. Local shops, deli and cafes in Tideswell and large shops in Buxton (Waitrose, M&S, Morrisons). Nearby arractions include Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Poole's Caverns, Go Ape and Ashford-in-the-Water. Lots of activities include rock climbing, fishing, golf, horse riding and hang gliding.

Safe enclosed garden area (lawn and patio) with river views onto River Wye. BBQ supplied. Wild garden area gives access to log store. Off street parking for 2 cars.

Views, wildlife and local environment:
View of River Wye from garden and many of the bedrooms. Situated on River Wye so great for wildlife, including many birds and water birds, brown trout, voles, newts and wildflowers (some rare). Litton Mill is a conservation village and is many traditional Peak District stone buildings like Riverside House.
