Situated in an ideal position to explore the beautiful Borders countryside and magnificent Northumbrian coastline, known worldwide for it's hundreds of castles, peel towers, abbeys and country houses.

A charming property located in private gardens within the grounds of Spital House. Furnished to a very high standard. Ground Floor: Hall, large open plan sitting / dining room with log effect electric fire and easy access to a well equipped kitchen. Two steps up to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, separate shower and dressing room. First Floor: Twin bedroom and bathroom with shower over the bath.

Garden / Grounds:
There is a private garden for your personal enjoyment. We think you should also enjoy your more general surroundings which make up the grounds of this well tended private country house estate.

Views, wildlife and local environment:
You will no doubt have visited a country house. Here you can expect a similar experience. The estate is much cared for, and is Scottish Parkland in nature with many mature broadleaf trees, shrubberies, long drives, and wide grassy expanses. The Borders abound in wildlife. For something special try Bowman forest (red squirrels, owls, hare etc) about 25 miles away.
