This immaculate short let English country holiday cottage is near London, in Hertfordshire, South East England, UK.

Sebright Farm Cottage is a large immaculate luxury secluded seven bedroom house set in stunning private historic parkland in Hertfordshire with easy access from London, the M1, M25 and near the highly desirable Roman City of St Albans. The house offers a night or two upwards for a family reunion, family relocation, party events, friends or colleagues get together and a holiday. Sleeping up to 19 guests, Sebright Cottage boasts a bright triple aspect large sitting room has a double sided real open log fireplace, state of the art multichannel flat screen TV, with Freeview, radio channels, DVD and CD. Dining room with a large solid oak table that seats 14+ people with large bright windows onto the gardens. Large door opens onto the terrace. Broadband included for use in the house and gardens. Well equipped double aspect kitchen including double oven, grill, large hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, family size Fridge/Freezer. From the kitchen is the separate utility/laundry room with automatic washing machine and drying area. Large internal games room, including air hockey and table football. Next to the garden there is a large grassed recreation area for ball games. Terrace and two separate garden areas, one laid to lawn overlooking farmland. The other is a wooded area with a clearing ideal for BBQs or resting from the hot sun. Ample garden furniture and BBQ provided during the summer. Four large master bedrooms that can be set up as doubles or twins (one of them in separate annex can be a family room sleeping up to five and has ensuite shower room), one double bedroom and two additional twin bedrooms. Total of four bath/shower rooms and one cloakroom. If to be used by more than 14 people, a sofa bed and additional mattresses can be provided. All showers are fully pumped. Central Heating provides ample heat and hot water for a full house. All house linen, bedding and towels are provided. One master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the ground floor so suitable for anyone not able to use stairs. Well trained pets are welcome. Sorry - no smoking in the house.

With two acres of its own private gardens this country holiday cottage is ideal for a few days break near London. Sebright Cottage is totally secluded with great views of the countryside in every direction.

Views, wildlife and local environment:
Wildlife can be enjoyed from within the cottage grounds Fallow, Roe, Muntjac and Chinese water deer, Red kite, buzzard, kestrel, green and greater spotted woodpeckers, lapwing, woodcock, marsh tit, willow tit, hawfinch, 4 species of owl, pied wagtail and even a bald eagle that had escaped from Whipsnade Wild Animal Park have all been spotted within the park recently.
