Quietly situated in a real little backwater, but only 2 minutes from the Downs, Cliffs, Theatre, Shops, and just about everything you could possibly want for a great holiday.
An unusual little house - a modern cottage / farmhouse would be a good description. Double fronted, with a really spacious living room on one side, and a huge farmhouse kitchen on the other. Polished floorboards, tiles and a gas log effect stove add to the atmosphere. There's a also loo and utility room downstairs, with 3 excellent bedrooms, an en-suite shower, and attractive bathroom upstairs.
Garden / Grounds: Plenty of off road parking for 2 cars, a small patio, interesting fish pond, and a pleasant decked area are the main features. The whole area is landscaped for easy maintainence, not huge but very pleasing.
Views, wildlife and local environment: This a secluded spot, off the beaten track, peaceful and quiet, but there aren't any amazing views. However, sea views are close at hand. The usual garden life and so on, with wildlife parks etc requiring a car trip.
