Tranquil rural location with lovely uninterrupted views of the Sidlaw Hills

Sidlaws is a spacious two double bedroom apartment set in a tranquil rural location with lovely uninterrupted views of the Sidlaw Hills. The apartment is part of an old converted steading and is situated next to our own property. The shops, restaurants and amenities of Blairgowrie and Coupar Angus are both an easy five minute drive away. The spacious living area has comfortable charcoal-coloured sofas and a flatscreen TV with Freesat channels and a DVD player. There is a ipod / radio docking station and a small library of books. The south facing living area has a large window leading to a small balcony with lovely panoramic views across the countryside.The open plan kitchen / dining room is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, washer / dryer. The master bedroom has a king size wrought iron bed and a built in wardrobe. The second double bedroom has a zip and link bed, which can either be a king size or 2 single beds, along with a fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. Scottish toiletries are supplied. Guests also have the use of a games room, comprising a full size snooker table and dart board with electronic score board as well as a selection of classic board games. The games room is accessed by a separate entrance. There is also free wireless internet access and an ipod docking station in the games room. There is lockable storage for guests' golf clubs and bikes.

Garden / Grounds:
Guests also have access to private gardens with a BBQ and outdoor seating for use in the summer months.

Views, wildlife and local environment:
From the apartment's balcony, there is a panoramic view of the Sidlaw Hills and River Isla. Pheasant and buzzards are regular visitors to the garden and you may be lucky enough to see hare or deer.
