Grade II listed Georgian Cottage in Historic Deal's Conservation Area, a few metres from sea

A bijou grade II listed, eighteen century cottage in the Deal conservation area, that has been sympathetically modernised. It is only a few metres from the beach and convenient for three golf courses. Just perfect for relaxing getaways, couples, friends, golfers or walkers. It has stripped brick feature fireplaces and the living room has a lovely gas fire that looks just like a wood burner, but without the mess! There is an up-to-date flat screen digital TV-DVD player (with Freeview), a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and electric oven/hob. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for two and there is also a small table in the living room for eating/occasional use etc. There is also a freezer and washing machine. The cottage has a double bedroom on the first floor and a second bedroom with two single beds on the second floor, all with Egyptian bedlinen. The first floor bathroom is also recently modernised.
