Dating from the 17th Century Terry Holt Cottage is a lovely 1 bed stone cottage located in the coastal village of Branscombe East Devon. It is surrounded by beautiful National Trust Land offering outstanding views and is ideal for walking and only a ten minute stroll takes you down the coastal path to the beach. This cosy and newly refurbished cottage in June 2008 is ideally positioned in the centre of the village. The Masons Arms is a 14th Century Public house in Branscombe and offers excellent 2 AA Rosette local food. Three National Trust Properties, The Old Bakery Tea House, The Manor Mill and the old forge. There is a village post office/convenience store. Many picturesque coastal villages such as Beer and Victorian Sidmouth are nearby.
