The large breakfast kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a large fridge and separate freezer is in the utility room.

Outside there is a patio with table and chairs and parking for two cars. Access to the property is through electric double gates via a code.

The cottage is 10 minutes from Lulworth Cove, a world heritage site on the Jurassic Coast. The area has fantasic views and popular for coastal walks.
