The Byre is a ground floor unit which is a conversion of the original byre when Badham Farm was a working Duchy dairy farm. It has been tastefully furnished to provide very comfortable holiday accommodation suitable for a small family or a couple who like spacious accommodation. The Byre has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Beautiful fully fitted luxury kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Large luxury bathroom with bath, power shower and WC. Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Bedroom with bunk beds. Comfortable lounge with TV, video and DVD and stereo. Electric central heating. The Byre is a comfortable and cosy ground floor unit which sleeps 4 people in comfort.

Outside there is a patio area with garden furniture and a covered barbecue area with gas BBQ. It is ideal for couples with young children.

10 acres of grounds with 2 fishing lakes, tennis court , putting course, dog walks, club house, bar, games room, gym, hot tub, small shop on site, own railway station. Situated in a stunning wooded valley full of wildlife over 30 species of birds, kingfishers, egrets, herons, woodpeckers.
