This spacious, three bedroom cottage retains many original features, including a slate floor and Cornish bread oven in the lounge. The Dairy has the benefit of one double bedroom on the ground floor, suitable for those who have trouble with stairs. The cottage has recently been fully modernised to provide comfortable, luxury accommodation: Large lounge with Cornish slate floor and feature fireplace with Cornish bread oven, TV, video, DVD and stereo for your entertainment. Beautiful dining room with oak strip floor. Large luxury fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, extract fan, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Ground floor double bedroom, vanity unit with basin. Separate ground floor WC and wash hand basin. First floor double bedroom, modern shower room with power shower and WC. The garden and sun deck are fenced off and private, and furrniture and a gas BBQ are provided.

10 acres of grounds with 2 fishing lakes, tennis court , putting course, dog walks, club house, bar, games room, gym, hot tub, small shop on site, own railway station. Situated in a stunning wooded valley full of wildlife over 30 species of birds, kingfishers, egrets, herons, woodpeckers.
