The cottage has larger than average sized accommodation for a two bedroomed property, the living kitchen has electric cooking range and multifuel stove, from here enter the conservatory where you can sit and relax overlooking the garden, continue into the lounge also with a stove and door which leads onto the patio. There are two double bedrooms, the upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and the downstairs bedroom also has a bathroom with a bath. The cottage is well presented light and spacious rooms with a cosy atmosphere. The area has so much to offer if your interests are golf, fishing, walking or cycling. There are castles and many historic attractions, also we are 18 miles from the stunning Northumbriam coastline.

The gardens are mainly lawned with a flower bed infront of the cottage, surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. The cottage is secluded and has peacful surroundings.

There is an abundance of birds, get up early and catch sight of the owl searching for food, our bird feeders also attract the woodpeckers, walk down the quiet lanes from the cottage and you are likley to see phesants, rabbits and sometimes even roe deer if you are lucky. The area is full of wildlife going about there business
