On the edge of the popular village of St Agnes, nestled in some of the most stunning scenery on the north coast of Cornwall, the Well House is also close to the surfing beaches of Chapel Porth, Trevaunance Cove and Perranporth. The central area of the village of St Agnes is also within walking distance. The name ‘the Well House’ comes from the original Goonbell village well which is in the corner of the courtyard. As a commanding, detached and private property, the holiday accommodation comprises two storeys, two perfectly proportioned doubles and a single bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and dinning room, comfortable lounge, fourth bedroom/study and family bathroom. Outside includes a private sunny courtyard, and a private lawned fully enclosed south facing garden. From the welcoming local St Agnes pubs, restaurants and organic farms, to the fantastic endless coastal walks, surfing beaches and harbour villages, there is plenty to do and see.
