Beautifully refurbished traditional farm cottage dating from 1790 with new country kitchen including oak surfaces and range cooker, underfloor heating, inglenook fireplace in lounge and well appointed bedrooms and bathroom. Oil-fired central heating and wood burning stove. Three bedrooms sleeping 4-7. Washer/dryer available for laundry.

Garden / Grounds:
Lounge leads onto patio with built in bbq and stunning views over the Conway Valley. Gardener maintained lower garden with lovely established boarders, accessed directly from patio. Parking for 3-4 cars and climbing frame in top garden.

Views, wildlife and local environment:
Stunning views from lounge, patio and lower garden over Conway valley. Top garden looks out to Snowdonia mountains (nearest is Tal-y-Fan) and lower hills e.g. the iron age fort a-top Penygaer.
