Fantastic for sailing, walking, birdwatching, and seal spotting. Just a 10 minute drive to the historic market town of Holt with its reknowned shops and restaurants and a 15 minute drive to vibrant Wells-next-the-Sea with its superb beach, quaint fishing quay and lovely pubs and restaurants. Traditonal Christmas carol singing held in various places close by with mulled wine & mince pies. Just refurbished to a very high standard. Ideal for two people but can sleep up to four. 1 double bedroom. 1 bathroom with shower & bath. Large sitting room with double sofabed and dining area for up to four people. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. TV & DVD. Log fire. Central heating. Secure & private courtyard with parking for 1 car. Pets welcome.
