Refund Policy: Should you need to stop advertising, we will of course be happy to make an appropriate pro rata refund for unexpired whole months of a subscription period, less a service fee of £25. If you merely wish to amend the services you subscribe to without ceasing to advertise (e.g. you acquire a computer and no longer need postal forwarding) we will make the same prorata refund relating to amended services and apply a £10 service charge wherever a nett reduction in services is visible. In cases where a refund of less than the service charge is available no refund will be made. Please note that translation fees and additional text fees are non-refundable.
