Join UK Holiday Homes Now. A full-page advertisement is COMPLETELY FREE FOR FOUNDER MEMBERS, but please note we do not accept applications from corporate owners (property companies etc), or agencies, nor will we promote campsites, caravans, boats or anything of a similar ilk.
Every aspect of your property is promoted very comprehensively, and joining is fun and extremely user friendly. You will record all your property details with ease, add a short description of the location, and a more detailed property description. There is also space for your illustration, and a priced availability chart.
UK Holiday Homes will acknowledge and check your application without delay, verify your payment (for any chargeable services), and invite you to write a short personalised tourist guide that will be accessible from both your advert and from the Tourist Information Page. You will also gain access to your availability chart, special promotions page (if applicable), and members Bulletin Board.
Remember submitting your details puts your entry straight online, and as a Founder Member your full page advertisement will stay there free of charge for at least 12 months from the date you join.

Translating into German |

Really benefit from the German market with a bilingual advert. Germany is always high on the league table of continental visitors to this country, and can be a very useful source of bookings. The Country Flag icon will appear on your ad to access the translation, and the cost for a normal listing is just £30. However, if you are using additional text you'll need to add 10p per word up to the maximum 300. Translations are done professionally (we don't just use a software based translation program), so you can be confident that you really do get proper value for money. We'll be adding more languages as soon as it's practical. Edits to translations are charged individually. |

Members who join without a fax machine or email may like to consider this option. UK Holiday Homes will "lend" you an email address, enabling us to receive enquiries for you. The fee covers forwarding enquiries by post, twice weekly, for the whole of your subscription period. |
| Updating Availability Chart and Text Editing |

UK Holiday Homes will update your availability chart within one working day after receiving details of the required edit. The fee covers a maximum of 50 edits for the whole of your subscription period. (You will need this facility in order to avoid advertising sold or reserved dates).
Refund Policy: If you join and then find you need to stop advertising, UK Holiday Homes will of course be happy to make an appropriate pro rata refund for unexpired whole months of a subscription period, less a service fee of £25. If you merely wish to amend the services you subscribe to without ceasing to advertise (e.g. you acquire a computer and no longer need postal forwarding) UK Holiday Homes will make the same prorata refund relating to amended services and apply a £10 service charge wherever a nett reduction in services is visible. In cases where a refund of less than the service charge is available no refund will be made. Please note that translation fees and additional text fees are non-refundable. |
Notes: A subscription period with UK Holiday-Homes.co.uk is a year from the date you join. Initially Founder Members will enjoy a minimum of one year's free subscripion for a normal advertisment; All additional services, as listed in the price list are chargeable at the advertised price. All prices include VAT if applicable, and prices may change without prior notice.
