Terms, Prices and Availability
Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday starting at 3 pm and terminating at 10 am on the day of departure. Outside the main holiday seasons, bookings on other days of the week and short breaks can be arranged.
A deposit of 25 % is required to confirm your booking, with the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival, and we recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance. In the event of your cancellation, every effort will be made to rebook and if successful your 75 % balance will be refunded. The deposit is not refundable.
Bed linen, towels, electricity, central heating, wireless broadband internet connection and use of a washing machine and drier are included in the rental price. Prices are in pounds, per week per unit and include VAT.
If you don't find what you are looking for here, give us a call on 01872 501105. We may be able to offer availability at our three bedroomed house (sleeps 6) at St Just In Roseland. The rates for this house are the same as "Mallard" our two bedroomed cottage.
Short breaks are available by arrangement.
