Letting Agreement - Terms and Conditions
If you proceed to make a booking with us you will be agreeing to our terms and conditions stated below, we would appreciate it if you would read them carefully so that you understand them as you are agreeing to them once I have confirmed your booking.
Your booking will be confirmed by email or letter which starts our contract.
I will hold a provisional booking for five days to allow time to receive your deposit, a non returnable deposit of £100 is required for each week booked with us for us to confirm your booking.
The balance for your stay will be due six weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Bookings made within six weeks of your holiday will require the full amount payable at the time of booking.
Payments can be made to Mrs Corrine Bradley.
If a cancellation is made by you I will do all I can to re-let the cottage and return the balance to you, if I am unable to do so then the balance would not be refunded.
On arrival one bag of logs is included per week, details of how to obtain extra fuel will be made locally.
Bed linen is included, pillows and duvets. Two bath and two hand towels per bathroom.
Tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products and a variety of kitchen products included.
Stay is limited to four people only.
Children only, over the age of fourteen.
No pets.
Inside the cottage there is a non smoking policy.
Arrival time is 3pm, this is to allow cleaning time after previous departures which is 10am promptly. Earlier entry available if possible.
To allow thorough cleaning of the cottage and as we are limited for time between lets we would appreciate the cottage being left as clean as possible without impacting on your holiday.
We hope your stay is problem free but in the light of any accident causing damage or breakages to the property or its contents which is your responsibility during your stay, we would be grateful if you could inform us as soon as possible to enable us to rectify it at the least cost and inconvenience to you to enable you to continue your stay as comfortable as possible.
Short breaks are available by arrangement.
