Prices for self-catering accommodation at Carraig Lodge, Castlerock, are quoted per holiday home and not per person.
2009 PRICING
Peak Season (£500 per week) includes w/b 11 July, 1,8,15 & 22 August and week of North West 200.
High Season (£475 per week) includes w/b 4,18,25 July.
Mid Season (£425 per week) includes w/b 29 August, Hallowe'en, Christmas, New Year and Easter, Public and certain other holiday periods.
Low Season (£375 per week)
During Peak and High Season, lettings are from Saturday to Saturday.
Mid week and week end lettings may be available at other times.
2 night mini break from £170-£185 (available mid week and week ends)
3 night mini-break from £200-£230
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non- refundable deposit of £100 per week or per short break.
The balance of the self-catering accommodation holiday cost plus a Good Housekeeping Deposit are to be paid without further notification, a full 6 weeks prior to start date. If the payment is not received in time, we will consider the hirer in breach of contract, thereby resulting in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
The Good Housekeeping Deposit of £100.00 is payable on arrival at the commencement of your rental. This deposit will normally be returned in full within one week of departure provided the property is left as found and in a clean and tidy condition. The deposit will only be used in the event of loss, breakages property not left as found, in a clean and tidy condition, or excessive use made of oil/gas/electricity.
A booking made by the Hirer on a date less than 6 weeks prior to commencement date of the booking must be accompanied by payment of the full rental charge before booking can be confirmed.
We strongly recommend that all persons take out adequate travel insurance for their needs. We cannot be responsible for costs should you fail to do so. Short breaks are available by arrangement.
