Booking Terms & Conditions
Your online booking request will be processed as soon as possible and confirmation of availability and totoal cost sent via email or a telephone call.
A non retunable deposit of 50% of the total amount due will be required to finalise booking.
£100 damage bond (in case of breakages, damage or extra cleaning to log cabin or hot tub) to be sent with final payment. This damage bond will be banked and returned to you after we have checked the Log Cabin and Hot Tub on your departure.
If we do not receive deposit payment within five days we will assume that you have changed your mind and the booking will be re-advertised.
The balance must be paid six weeks before the start of the holiday (no reminder sent)
If a booking is made within 6 weeks of holiday commencement date, the full amount plus damage bond will be required.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be advised in writing by email or 1st class post at least 10 weeks before commencement of holiday
If the balance is not paid six weeks before the start of the oliday, the booking may be cancelled.
If your booking is cancelled by yourself, the deposit will not be refunded but the damage bond will be returned.
If you have paid the balance of the holiday and you cancel the booking, we will try to re-let that period.
If we successfully re-let we will refund the balance of the holiday plus damage bond but not the deposit. Only if a new booking has been made will this apply.
We do advise you take out your own holiday insurance to cover any loss you may incur.
Log Cabins must be left secure when unoccupied during the period of let.
We reserve the right of access to the Log Cabin at any reasonable time to carry out repairs or any general maintenance required.
You are responsible for the condition of the Cabin and its entire contents during your stay. If damages are more than the £100 damage bond, an invoice will be sent to you where you will be liable to pay this within 30 days.
Please leave the Cabin and hot tub in a clean and tidy condition, please read and adhere to the safety notices and condition of use which are found in the information folder in the Cabin especially regarding the Hot Tub.
We do not allow smoking, candles or t-lights in or around the Log Cabin.
No pets allowed.
Short breaks are available by arrangement.
