Duration times of rental - Rentals are for a maximum time of four weeks commencing at 3pm on the first day of the rental and ending at 10am on the day of departure. The period booked will be stated on the booking confirmation providedto the guest on receipt of the deposit. This period cannot be exceeded unless the owner agrrees to en extention in writing. The guest will be liable for costs of whatever nature incurred because of any unauthoriswed extention. Deposit - If the booking is made more than four weeks prior to the holiday start date a deposit of 20% is required. If the booking is less than four weeks before the start date of the holiday the full rent is required at the time of booking. Should the owner not accept the booking the rent will be returned immediately. Final payment -The price of the holiday is as set out on the details. The guest is liable for the rent once a booking is accepted. Non payment of the balance by the due date will be treated as a cancellation ande if payment by the guest is not received by this date the guest will lose their booking and the deposit will be forfeited. Changes to a booking- The dates of a booking may be changed at the owners discretion subject to availability of alternative dates Cancellation - A booking can only be cancelled prior to the start of the holoiday Number of days before holiday start date that notification is received of cancellation charges are 0-13 days 100% 14 - 27 days 75% 28 -55 days 50% 56 days or more deposit. Price changes-the owner reserves the right to amend prices due to any web site error or omissions but the guest will be notified prior to confirmation of the holiday. Method of payment- Payment should be made in sterling by cheque or by international electronic bank transfer. Eligibility- Bookings will not be accepted from persons under the age of 21. Guests responsibility - to grant the owner reasonable access for repairs or maintenance - to maintain the property in clean,tidy and good condition and treat with due care - to pay for any damage caused. - not to cause any nuisance or annoyance to other parties - not to smoke in the property -not to sell on the booking to any other party or exceed the number of persons ageed in the property. |
