South Devon offers something for everyone; so whether you’re into walking, sailing, cycling, swimming, flying, rowing, shooting or of course just chilling out and having fun, this wonderful part of England has it all! There are some of the most picturesque towns and villages here including, Dartmouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Modbury, Cockington, Newton Ferres & Noss Mayo all of which are steeped in history. The South Hams makes up much of South Devon and within it's footprint of 350 miles, 130 square miles is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It boasts 60 miles of glorious coastline and there are eleven stunning beaches including, Blackpool Sands, Slapton Sands, Beesands, East Portlemouth and Bantham and five river estuaries including the Dart, Avon, Yealm, Erme and Gara. Dartmoor National Park lies to the north of South Devon with its ancient history and mystique! It offers miles of unspoilt natural moorland that attracts visitors from all over the world. The Cities of Plymouth and Exeter are linked by the A38 and M5 motorway network and are within approximately 55mins driving distance from each other, offering two of the newest and best shopping centres in the South West.
